Chuck K studio（以下「当開発者」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「抽選トラッカー：応募忘れ・入金忘れを防ぐ当落管理」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。
- アカウント情報: Zcanner ID（メールアドレス）、パスワード（暗号化保存）。
- プロファイル情報: 表示名、自己紹介、ユーザーID（ハンドル名）。
- 本アプリの利用データ: ユーザーが登録したプロジェクト名、応募店舗・アイテム名、各種期日、応募ステータス、当落結果。
- 公式のプロジェクトで店の状態を変えた日と店の記録、各プロジェクトを最後に使った日時。
- 購入の情報: 有料プランの購入・無料体験・更新・解約の状態、購入した日時、アプリを最初に入手した日時。お名前やお支払いの方法（カード番号など）は当開発者には届きません。
- 端末情報: サービス改善のためのログデータ、および招待コードの不正な利用を防ぐための端末ごとの識別子。
2. 利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用されます。
- ユーザーが登録した抽選・応募スケジュールの管理および同期。
- 複数端末間でのデータ同期（Zcanner ID連携による）。
- お問い合わせへの対応およびユーザーサポート。
- 本アプリの機能改善および新機能の企画。
- 有料プランの提供と、購入の状態の確認（以前の有料版の購入者かどうかの判定を含む）。
- 無料の範囲の利用の上限（1 日に状態を変えた公式の店の数など）を数えること。
3. 統計データの作成および二次利用について（重要）
当開発者は、収集した「本アプリの利用データ（応募数、応募店舗、当落結果など）」を、個人を特定できない匿名化された統計データとして集計・加工した上で、以下の目的で二次利用する場合があります。
- SNS（X/Twitter等）やブログ等での情報発信（例：「〇〇の当選確率」「穴場店舗の傾向」など）。
- 統計データ、トレンド分析レポートの作成および第三者への提供・販売。
※これらのデータに、ユーザーの氏名やメールアドレス等の個人情報が含まれることは一切ありません。
4. データの保存とセキュリティ
本アプリは、バックエンドサービスとして Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) を利用しています。データは暗号化された通信を介して保存され、適切なセキュリティ対策（Row Level Security等）により、第三者による不正アクセスから保護されています。
課金の処理には RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.・米国）を利用しています。購入の状態を確かめるため、アプリの利用者ごとの識別子、購入の情報、以前の有料版の購入者かどうかの印が RevenueCat に送られます。RevenueCat での取り扱いは、同社のプライバシーポリシー（https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy）に従います。お支払いそのものは Apple が処理します。Zcanner ID にログインしているときは、購入の記録をその Zcanner ID と結び付けます。このとき RevenueCat には、メールアドレスではなく、Zcanner ID ごとの内部の識別子を送ります。ログアウトすると、この端末と Zcanner ID の結び付けを外します。
広告の表示には Google AdMob（Google LLC・米国）を利用しています。広告は、無料でご利用の方にだけ表示し、有料プランの方には表示しません。広告を表示するとき、端末の識別子、おおよその位置（IP アドレスから推定されるもの）、広告の表示やタップの記録、アプリの動作の記録（クラッシュなど）が Google に送られることがあります。本アプリは、利用者の好みに合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）を使わず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡の許可（App Tracking Transparency）も求めません。Google での取り扱いは、同社のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従います。
通知を許可した端末では、通知を届けるための宛先（Apple が発行する通知用の識別子）、言語、端末の時間帯、お知らせを受け取るかどうかの設定を、当開発者のサーバー（Supabase）に保存します。ログインしているときは、アカウントとひも付けて保存します。お知らせを受け取らない設定のときは、お知らせを送りません。お知らせは、本アプリ内の通知の設定でいつでも止められます。アカウントを削除したときは、宛先とアカウントのひも付けを外します（宛先・言語・時間帯の記録は、通知を届けるために残ります）。
5. データの削除
ユーザーは、本アプリ内の「ACCOUNT」画面にある「アカウントを完全に削除する」機能を利用して、自身のデータをいつでも即時に削除することができます。削除されたデータは復元できません。
6. 第三者への提供
当開発者は、法令に基づく場合、および上記第3項（匿名化された統計データの提供）を除き、ユーザーの同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

Chuck K studio ("the Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy ("the Policy") regarding the handling of user information for the mobile application "Draw Tracker" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
1. Information Collected
The App may collect and use the following information:
- Account Information: Zcanner ID (Email address), encrypted password.
- Profile Information: Display name, bio, and User ID (handle).
- Application Data: Project titles, store/item names, key dates, application statuses, and win/loss results entered by the user.
- Records of the dates and stores whose status you changed in official projects, and when each project was last used.
- Purchase Information: the status of paid plans, free trials, renewals and cancellations, purchase dates, and the date you first obtained the App. Your name and payment details (such as card numbers) are not shared with the Developer.
- Device Information: Log data used for service improvement, and an identifier for your device used to prevent misuse of invitation codes.
2. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Managing and syncing the user's lottery and application schedules.
- Data synchronization across multiple devices (via Zcanner ID).
- Responding to inquiries and providing user support.
- Planning and improving App features.
- Providing paid plans and verifying purchase status (including whether you purchased the former paid version).
- Counting usage limits of the free plan (such as the number of official stores whose status you changed per day).
3. Creation and Secondary Use of Statistical Data (Important)
The Developer may aggregate and anonymize the collected "Application Data" (e.g., number of applications, store choices, win/loss results) into statistical data where individuals cannot be identified. This anonymized data may be used for the following purposes:
- Publishing insights or trends on social media (e.g., X/Twitter) or blogs (e.g., "Win rates for event X").
- Creating, sharing, or selling statistical reports and trend analyses to third parties.
- Please note that this aggregated data will never include personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses.
4. Data Storage and Security
The App uses Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) as its backend service. Data is stored via encrypted communication and protected from unauthorized access using industry-standard security measures (such as Row Level Security).
The App uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) to process in-app purchases. To verify your purchase status, an app user identifier, purchase information, and a flag indicating whether you purchased the former paid version are sent to RevenueCat and handled under its privacy policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy). Payments themselves are processed by Apple. When you are logged in with a Zcanner ID, your purchase records are linked to that Zcanner ID. In this case, we send RevenueCat an internal identifier for your Zcanner ID, not your email address. When you log out, the link between this device and your Zcanner ID is removed.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC, USA) to display ads. Ads are shown only to users of the free version and are not shown to users of a paid plan. When ads are displayed, a device identifier, approximate location (estimated from your IP address), records of ad views and taps, and app diagnostic records (such as crashes) may be sent to Google. The App does not use personalized ads and does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). Google handles this information in accordance with its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
On devices where notifications are allowed, we store the following on our server (Supabase): the delivery address for notifications (a notification identifier issued by Apple), your language, your device's time zone, and whether you want to receive notices. If you are logged in, this is stored linked to your account. If you have chosen not to receive notices, we do not send them. You can turn notices off at any time in the App's notification settings. When you delete your account, the link between the delivery address and your account is removed (the delivery address, language, and time zone records are kept so that notifications can be delivered).
5. Data Deletion
Users can delete all their personal data at any time via the "Delete Account" feature located in the "ACCOUNT" screen within the App. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
6. Third-Party Disclosure
The Developer will not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law or as specified in Section 3 (anonymized statistical data).

Gérer et synchroniser les calendriers de loterie et de candidature enregistrés par l'utilisateur.
Synchronisation des données sur plusieurs appareils (via l'intégration Zcanner ID).
Répondre aux demandes et fournir un support utilisateur.
Améliorer les fonctions de l'application et planifier de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Fournir les offres payantes et vérifier le statut des achats (y compris déterminer si vous avez acheté l'ancienne version payante).

- Stockage des données et sécurité Cette Application utilise Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) comme service backend. Les données sont transmises via une communication cryptée et protégées contre tout accès non autorisé par des tiers grâce à des mesures de sécurité appropriées (telles que Row Level Security).
L'Application utilise RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., États-Unis) pour traiter les achats intégrés. Les paiements eux-mêmes sont traités par Apple. Lorsque vous êtes connecté avec un Zcanner ID, vos achats sont associés à ce Zcanner ID. Dans ce cas, nous envoyons à RevenueCat un identifiant interne propre à votre Zcanner ID, et non votre adresse e-mail. Lorsque vous vous déconnectez, le lien entre cet appareil et votre Zcanner ID est supprimé.
L'Application utilise Google AdMob (Google LLC, États-Unis) pour afficher des publicités. Les publicités sont affichées uniquement aux utilisateurs de la version gratuite et ne sont pas affichées aux utilisateurs d'une formule payante. Lors de l'affichage des publicités, un identifiant de l'appareil, une localisation approximative (estimée à partir de votre adresse IP), les enregistrements d'affichage et de toucher des publicités, ainsi que les données de diagnostic de l'application (comme les plantages) peuvent être envoyés à Google. Si vous êtes connecté, ces informations sont enregistrées en lien avec votre compte. Si vous avez choisi de ne pas recevoir les annonces, nous ne vous les envoyons pas. Vous pouvez désactiver les annonces à tout moment dans les réglages de notification de l'Application. Lorsque vous supprimez votre compte, le lien entre l'adresse de livraison et votre compte est supprimé (les enregistrements de l'adresse de livraison, de la langue et du fuseau horaire sont conservés afin de pouvoir livrer les notifications).
- Suppression des données Les utilisateurs peuvent supprimer instantanément leurs propres données à tout moment en utilisant la fonction « Supprimer le compte » sur l'écran « COMPTE » de cette Application. Les données supprimées ne peuvent pas être récupérées.

Kaufinformationen: Status von kostenpflichtigen Plänen, Testphasen, Verlängerungen und Kündigungen, Kaufdaten sowie das Datum, an dem Sie die App erstmals erhalten haben. Ihr Name und Ihre Zahlungsdaten (z. B. Kartennummer) werden nicht an den Entwickler übermittelt.
- Verwendungszweck Die erhobenen Informationen werden für die folgenden Zwecke verwendet:
Verwaltung und Synchronisierung der vom Nutzer registrierten Lotterie- und Anmeldepläne.
Datensynchronisierung über mehrere Geräte hinweg (über die Zcanner ID-Integration).
Beantwortung von Anfragen und Bereitstellung von Benutzersupport.
Verbesserung von App-Funktionen und Planung neuer Features.
Bereitstellung kostenpflichtiger Pläne und Überprüfung des Kaufstatus (einschließlich der Feststellung, ob Sie die frühere kostenpflichtige Version gekauft haben).

Dabei übermitteln wir RevenueCat eine interne Kennung Ihrer Zcanner ID, nicht Ihre E-Mail-Adresse. Wenn Sie sich abmelden, wird die Verknüpfung zwischen diesem Gerät und Ihrer Zcanner ID aufgehoben.
Die App verwendet Google AdMob (Google LLC, USA) zur Anzeige von Werbung. Werbung wird nur Nutzern der kostenlosen Version angezeigt, nicht Nutzern eines kostenpflichtigen Plans. Bei der Anzeige von Werbung können eine Gerätekennung, der ungefähre Standort (anhand Ihrer IP-Adresse geschätzt), Aufzeichnungen über Anzeigen und Tippen auf Werbung sowie Diagnosedaten der App (z. B. Abstürze) an Google übermittelt werden. Die App verwendet keine personalisierte Werbung und fragt nicht nach der Erlaubnis, Sie über Apps und Websites anderer Unternehmen hinweg zu verfolgen (App Tracking Transparency). Google verarbeitet diese Informationen gemäß seiner Datenschutzerklärung (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Auf Geräten, auf denen Benachrichtigungen erlaubt sind, speichern wir auf unserem Server (Supabase): die Zustelladresse für Benachrichtigungen (eine von Apple ausgegebene Benachrichtigungskennung), Ihre Sprache, die Zeitzone Ihres Geräts und Ihre Einstellung, ob Sie Hinweise erhalten möchten. Wenn Sie angemeldet sind, werden diese Daten mit Ihrem Konto verknüpft gespeichert. Wenn Sie keine Hinweise erhalten möchten, senden wir keine.
